Lorraine Pudelko
Die Sopranistin Lorraine Pudelko wird in der Saison 2023/24 ihr Solodebüt als Schleppenträgerin in Richard Strauss' „Elektra“ an der Oper Leipzig sowie als Anna Reich in Otto Nicolais „Die lustigen Weiber von Windsor“ an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Leipzig geben.
Lorraine Pudelko studiert seit dem Wintersemester 2022/23 Klassischen Gesang/Musiktheater an der Leipziger Hochschule für Musik und Theater „Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy“ in der Klasse von Frau Prof. Caroline Stein. Zuvor widmete Sie sich zwei Semester einem Gesangspädagogikstudium an der Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln bei Frau Ingeborg Greiner. Ergänzend erhielt sie sängerische Impulse u.a. von Edda Moser, KS Dagmar Schellenberger, Prof. Yamina Maamar, KS Prof. Olaf Bär und KS Axel Köhler.
Erste Opernerfahrungen konnte Sie als Gast im Kölner Opernchor sammeln sowie durch ihre Teilnahme an den Hochschulproduktionen „Dido und Aeneas“ und „Suor Angelica“, wo sie als 1. Cercatrice und als Conversa zu erleben war. Unter der Regie von Nadja Loschky, Lydia Steier, Kobie van Rensburg und Lea Willeke durfte Lorraine Pudelko ihre szenischen Fähigkeiten weiterentwickeln.
Mit dem Vokalensemble Kölner Dom stand Lorraine Pudelko bereits mehrfach auf der Bühne der Kölner Philharmonie und durfte von einer musikalischen Zusammenarbeit u.a. mit Kent Nagano, François-Xavier Roth und Christoph Poppen profitieren.
Lorraine Pudelko wurde 2022 mit dem Förderpreisträgerin des Lions Club Torgau ausgezeichnet und wurde 2023 Preisträgerin der internationalen sächsischen Sängerakademie Torgau.

Soprano Lorraine Pudelko will make her solo debut in the 2023/24 season as the Schleppenträgerin in Richard Strauss' "Elektra" at Leipzig Opera and as Anna Reich in Otto Nicolais "Die Lustigen Weiber von Windsor" at the Leipzig University of Music and Performing Arts.
Lorraine Pudelko has been studying classical singing/music theater at the Leipzig University of Music and Theater "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" in the class of Prof. Caroline Stein since the winter semester 2022/23. Prior to this, she spent two semesters studying vocal pedagogy with Ingeborg Greiner at the Cologne University of Music and Dance. She also received additional vocal impulses from Edda Moser, KS Dagmar Schellenberger, Prof. Yamina Maamar, KS Prof. Olaf Bär and KS Axel Köhler, among others.
She gained her first operatic experience as a guest in the Cologne Opera Choir and through her participation in the university productions of "Dido and Aeneas" and "Suor Angelica", where she sang the roles of 1st Cercatrice and Conversa. Under the direction of Nadja Loschky, Lydia Steier, Kobie van Rensburg and Lea Willeke, Lorraine Pudelko was able to further develop her scenic skills.
Lorraine Pudelko has performed several times on the stage of the Kölner Philharmonie with the Kölner Dom vocal ensemble and has benefited from musical collaborations with Kent Nagano, François-Xavier Roth and Christoph Poppen, among others.
Lorraine Pudelko was awarded the Torgau Lions Club sponsorship prize in 2022 and won the Torgau International Saxon Singing Academy prize in 2023.
