Soprano Eileen Wokan (*1999) received her first piano lessons at the age of 5 and began singing in the children's choir at the same time. She became part of the girls' ensemble LaCappella, with which she won prizes in choir competitions as well as in Jugend Musiziert. In 2014 she participated in the choir festival "Europa Cantat" in Bergen (Norway) and made important musical international contacts. During a working period with the youth choir Hochtaunus she got her first singing lessons at the age of 14 and from then on took lessons with Anna-Lena Schuppe. From 2016 to 2019 she was a permanent member of the Landesjugendchor Hessen. From 2018 to 2020, she studied school music at the HfMDK Frankfurt, majoring in voice with Laurie Reviol. Since October 2020, she has been studying classical singing at the HMT Leipzig with Prof Stein. In the context of several master classes, she has already had the opportunity to work with renowned singers such as Klesie Kelly-Moog or the renowned vocal ensemble "Singer Pur". Her repertoire includes classical opera arias and songs as well as contemporary music.
